There used to be a restaurant in the Admiral Semmes Hotel in Mobile, Alabama called Oliver's.
I believe it is a Radisson Hotel now.
They have an appetizer that they call crawfish nachos that they serve over tortilla
chips. Can you find a recipe for that?
The Admiral Semmes was a Radisson for a while, but it is now a Hilton Hotel and it is called
just "The Admiral." "Oliver's" is no more.
I did find your recipe in a cookbook called "Alabama's Historic Restaurants and their Recipes"
by Gay N. Martin. See below.
