I found four possibilities, one of them called "palatschinken." However, "palatschinken" are more like
crepes than like what we call pancakes. They are rolled up, and they are traditionally filled with apricot
jam, chocolate-walnut filling, or cheese. It might be unusual, but someone might use a blueberry filling.

My mom is from Austria so I am very familiar with the blueberry pancakes of
which I believe the writer speaks . Here is a link to an Austrian recipe
(unfortunately in German but google translate should work).
