Hi Deanna,
Sorry, no success with this. I found an old Eastpark menu description of the burger, but no recipe for the sauce:
...two patties of ground sirloin served onion a toasted bun with cheese, lettuce, and our own special sauce
There are a few recipes online for "Paul Bunyan Burgers", but none of them shows any connection to Eastpark Restaurant in either Kent or Ravenna, nor do they call for two ground sirloin patties or "special sauce."
