Hi Janice,
I am finding mention of both an "E.C. Best Jr.High School" and an "E.V. Best Jr. High School"
in Fallon,NV, but I did not find any recipes using either name, or by using "middle school"
rather than "jr. high".
I also cannot find any recipes that identify themselves as being from a commodity flour bag.
