I cannot find a recipe called "Orange Peach Cream Cake". However, in a copy of the Wheeling, IL
Historical Society Newsletter from 2001 I found the below recipe. Perhaps that's it.

Orange Peach Cake
1 Box Duncan Hines Orange Cake Mix
1 Can Peach Pie Filling - Cut Up
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2 Eggs
Mix with fork and whip with fork 1 minute. Put in ungreased jelly
pan. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes.
Frosting
1 Package (3 Oz.) Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 (8 Oz.) Softened Cream Cheese
1 (20 Oz.) Can Crushed Pineapple
1 (9 Oz.) Cool Whip (Fold In)
Mix all of these ingredients and frost when cake is cool.
Refrigerate cake.
