Hi Chaney,
Sorry, I had no success with this search. The beef liver & onions recipe is available,
but no luck with the chicken livers. There is a request for that recipe that has been
posted on Recipelink since 2008 with no responses, so I'm not encouraged.
Luby's has published cookbooks of their recipes, two of which are available used
on Amazon and other sites that sell used books. I tried to find index listings for them
to determine whether the chicken livers recipe was in either of them, but I had no success.

I'll post this for reader input. Maybe we'll get a response from a former Luby's employee
or from someone who knows of a copycat or "tastes-like" recipe.
