Sorry, no success. I cannot find even a mention of Van de Kamp's Spanish omelet.
George Geary obtained a lot of Van de Kamp's Bakery recipes and he is converting them for home use and posting them here: Van de Kamp's Facebook Page
However, I believe that he only has the bakery recipes and has none of the savory dishes.
I'll post this for reader input.
