Sorry, I had no success with this. It appears that Vesuvio's closed in 2014. There is a scan of the menu here: Vesuvio's Menu
I found a large number of past reviews of Vesuvio's, both positive and negative, but I could not find any
details about their pizza crust or sauce.
I'll post this for reader input, maybe someone can recommend a "tastes-like".
