Hi Debbie,
There is more than one kind of pickle associated with Wolfie's and you don't say which one
you want. It doesn't matter much, because the actual pickle recipes from Wolfie's are just
not available, and I could not find any copycats or taste-like recipes specifically for
Wolfie's. However, it does matter when I try to make a recommendation to you for similar
pickles. The original Wolfie's was basically a New York style Jewish Deli transplanted to
Miami. The pickles sold and served there were Jewish deli style kosher dills, half-sours,
and sour pickles. I can't give you Wolfie's actual recipe, but I can point you to some
recipes for kosher dills, half-sours, and sours. See these sites:

You can, of course, buy commercial versions of these, but the half-sours and sours might be
a little hard to find, depending on where you live. They are often in odd places in the
supermarket rather than in the pickles section. Sometimes they are with the cold cut sandwich
meats.
I'll post this for reader input.
