The only recipe that I can find that claims to be a"copycat" or "tastes-like" is here, using Hershey's cocoa: Make Your Own Chocolate Milk Mix

Have you tried using Hershey's Chocolate Syrup to make your chocolate milk? Some folks say it tastes very
similar to the mix.
I'm afraid this is all that I could find. It's very difficult to make a copycat for a commercial product
like this. Manufacturers use commercial ingredients that are not available to the ordinary consumer, and
it's usually quite difficult to even get a complete ingredient list for something like Hershey's Chocolate
Milk Mix.
I'll post this for reader input.
