I am very interested in speaking with someone who can give me some
information. I recently came into possession of a Woolworths executive
office recipe book (1951) I believe it contains countless sought after
Woolworths recipes people maybe looking for. I believe it is the
corporate book that was given to all of the head chefs at the
restaurants and lunch counters to train new chefs. If you could get in
touch with me to give me any information I would greatly appreciate
it.Thank you, Katrina
Hi Katrina,
What sort of information are you looking for? I might be able to help.

I was wondering how rare it is? Also the value of something like this?
Hi Katrina,
Sorry, I have no answers for those two questions. You'll probably have to take it to an appraiser
to get those answers. In all the years that I've been searching for Woolworth's recipes, yours is
only the second copy that I've heard of, so I guess it's rather rare. I've never seen one for sale
on the Internet. I'm assuming that it is from Woolworth's USA, and not Canada or the UK.
I'll post this for reader input. Someone with expertise might respond.
