Hi Phaed
Please can you help me with a couple of recipes.
I am trying to find one I call a Jelly Slice. It is simply a raspberry jelly
dissolved with hot water, and when cooled, I add cream, and set in a slice
tray. When it sets, the jelly separates into a transparent pink base with a
creamy jelly top. I cut it into squares. Very lovely. I cannot find out the
quantities of water and cream.
I would appreciate your help here if you are still able to source recipes.
kindest regards from New Zealand

Hi Susan,
The closest Jelly Slice recipe that I can find to your description is here:
Nothing Like a Good Jelly Slice
Most Jelly Slice recipes call for a biscuit crumb bottom crust. This one does not.
I hope this works for you. If not, write back and I'll search some more.
Phaed
No biscuit base required for this one.
Perfect! Thank you!
