Recipes from a particular bakery are tough. Bakeries just don't give out their recipes. When a bakery has been closed for years, finding their recipes is even tougher.
I had no success. I didn't find even a mention of almond raspberry bullseye cookies from Freedman's Bakery.
I think I know the cookies you mean though. The cookie recipes on these sites might taste similar:
