Ah, pickled eggs... Big jars of pickled eggs and polish sausages sat on the bars
in the beer joints that my dad frequented when I was a kid. There are at least
five kinds: Plain white pickled eggs, Amish yellow, mustard pickled eggs, beet
pickled eggs, and the spicy ones with hot pepper.
