What about a facsimile recipe for Love Burgers it was a box mix for vegi-burgers years ago that is no longer available.

Thanks!

Hello dart,

There is an old ad here for the product: EBay

There is a recipe that was posted on Reddit here:Reddit

I posed the question to Google AI and received the below reply and recipe. I'm not sure of the degree of closeness of either of these recipes, but they are all I could find. The product appears to have had some connection to a restaurant named "Leon's."

A popular copycat recipe for a commercial vegetarian burger, such as the LEON Love Burger
or Houston's Veggie Burger, typically combines a base of beans and brown rice with finely
chopped vegetables (often beets for color) and spices for flavor. Below is a general copycat
recipe drawing inspiration from several commercial-style veggie burgers.

Commercial-Style Veggie Burger Mix

Ingredients
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped canned beets (for color and moisture)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon oat bran or ground oats
2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 large egg white (for binding; omit for vegan and use a flax egg)
Olive oil for cooking

Instructions
Prepare the mixture: In a large bowl, mash the black beans with a fork or a potato masher
until they form a coarse paste, leaving some chunks for texture.
Combine ingredients: Add the cooked brown rice, onion, beets, garlic, oat bran, BBQ sauce,
chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the mashed beans.
Mix well to combine all ingredients evenly.
Add binder: Stir in the egg white (or a prepared flax egg: 1 tbsp ground flaxseed mixed with
2 tbsp water) to help bind the mixture.
Form patties: Shape the mixture into four large, firm patties. If the mixture is too wet,
you can add a little more oat bran or breadcrumbs.
Cook the burgers: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Carefully place the patties
in the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, until browned and heated through.
Serve the patties on buns with your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomato, onions, and
extra BBQ sauce.
