I am looking for Winter Fruit Salad from the first publication of Betty Crockers Christmas Cookbook .
I believe it started with a bag a lettuce mix and had a honey mustard dressing.
Thank you

Hello Pamela,

We do not have a copy of any Betty Crocker Christmas Cookbook. The only posted textual copy of "The Betty Crocker Christmas Cookbook" that I can find online is one dated 1988. However, the first publication of a cookbook with that name was in 1982.

There is a recipe with the name "Winter Fruit Salad" in that 1988 edition of "The Betty Crocker Christmas Cookbook." However, that recipe is nothing like your description. See below for that recipe from 1988.

I will post this. Perhaps one of my readers has a copy of the 1982 edition of "The Betty Crocker Christmas Cookbook"and will check it for the recipe you describe and let us know if it is in there and send us the recipe if it is.
