I am looking for a rice krispy treat that I lost.  It was in an add for rice krispies around
Christmas time about 30ish years ago.  It consisted of chocolate and reg rice krispys
and peanut butter and chocolate.  Once you mixed all ingredients together you formed
a wreath.  It was so much better than the recipies or treats you get today.
I sure hope you can find it.
Thanks Linda

Hi Linda,

Linda, I cannot find any mention of a wreath-shaped treat made with rice krispies, peanut butter, and any kind of chocolate. There are plenty of postings of recipes for "rice krispies wreaths", but they are made with rice krispies and mini-marshmallows and green food coloring. No chocolate and no peanut butter. See here: Rice Krispies Wreaths

I did find a couple of recipes with cereal and chocolate that is made into a wreath shape. Still no peanut butter. These wreaths appear to be made with corn flakes rather than rice krispies. See here for a recipe from Kelloggs: The Official Christmas Cookies and Baking Recipes and also the video here:
