My request is in the subject box
I worked as stockroom manager ‘87 to ‘92 and was responsible for issuing out the
ingredients from the recipe book to the chef and all other kitchen food preparers every day.
Someone asked about the zucchini and tomatoes recipe. It is very basic. Just add zucchini,
canned diced tomatoes, chopped onions and ham stock. Cook. Obviously use proportions
to fit your need.
Someone else asked about a devil cake with fruit in it. We used leftover apple pie and any
similar pie to the mix and baked it.
I had probably a third of the recipes memorized but sadly can’t remember them anymore.
I hope I can help with anything Morrisons you have insufficient information on.

Hello Darren,

Good to hear from you.

I do not have that recipe, and I had no success locating it. I have a copy of an older Morrison's Kitchen Manual, but it's a partial copy and does not contain that recipe. I'll post this for reader input.

I have a Morrison's specific link page here: Morrison's Cafeteria

Thanks for the offer. I'll take you up on it if I get a Morrison's request that I need help with.
