Sorry, no luck with this. I searched for it in 2017, similarly with no success. See: 5-15-2017

It appears that no one has this recipe outside Malnati's, and Malnati's has managed to keep it secret.
No one seems to have made a copycat, and I found no recommendations of a "tastes-like."
I'll post this for reader input, but I've had no responses since I posted the original request in 2017, so...
