Hi Terry,
Sorry, I had no success. To search for a particular recipe, I need clues that are actually found in the recipe. "Very Creamy" is not the kind of specific that would usually be found in a recipe. "Creamy" and "sweet" are more like descriptions of the taste than they are ingredients or a method or a part of the name of a recipe. "Doesn’t soak up the potatoes" is not something that would probably be found in a written recipe. I'm not sure what you mean by that. "Isn't cooked" is something than can be looked for, but it's not wording that would usually appear in a recipe.

Hi Terry,
Below is a very creamy and sweet recipe for potato salad dressing. Without more specific information about the recipe that you want, I have no idea whether it is even close. However, it is very creamy and is described as sweet and it has mayonnaise. Sorry, this is the best I can do.

Sweet Southern Potato Salad (With Homemade Dressing) This is a sweet Southern style potato salad. The salad dressing is the key to making this recipe taste good! 6 large potatoes 2 hard boiled eggs 6 strips fried bacon, cut up into small pieces Salad Dressing: 1 cup mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods) 1 cup Miracle Whip 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar 1 tsp. prepared mustard (or less; for coloring) 2/3 cup sugar (actually use just a little bit less!) Boil 6 large potatoes until cooked through and then cool and peal skin. Cut into small cubes. Boil eggs and cut into small pieces and then set aside. Cook bacon in pan and then cut into small pieces. Set aside. Combine equal amounts of mayonnaise and Miracle Whip salad dressing. Then add mustard, mostly for a light off-white coloring. Add vinegar. Add sugar, but use a little less than 2/3rds of a cup. Note: Taste salad dressing and if it is too sweet, add just a little more vinegar. If it is too tart, add a little more sugar. This dressing requires a lot of sugar and the right taste is sweet and a little tart at the same time. Add bacon bits and chopped hard boiled eggs to the salad dressing. Pour the dressing into the potatoes and mix well
