Old-Fashioned Sweet Potato Pie	 

2 1/4 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground ginger (or allspice)
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
2 eggs, beaten
2 (5 1/3 oz.) cans evaporated milk
2/3 c. milk
2 (9") unbaked pastry shells

Combine sweet potatoes and butter, mixing until blended. Add combined sugar, 
flour and spices; mix well. Blend in eggs and milk. Pour into crusts. 
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees, 
continue baking 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
