Hello Paul,
Well, I don't know what this means: "I could not get on your site..it had an app trying to get me to use it." It does not happen when I go to the site, and I have not had complaints about anything like that from anyone else. Is it just an ad? If it has a "˅" then it's an ad. Click on the "˅" and the ad will go down. Then just scroll down. If that's not it, then it is something to do with your device - phone or computer. You need to figure that out, because you have to be able to access my site to get to the recipes posted there. I don't copy and paste the recipes I have found previously and send them by email. I only email a recipe when it is not already on my site.
The recipe for Morrison's tartar sauce is here: Morrison's tartar sauce You didn't specify the Morrison's recipe for tartar sauce before, so I didn't send it, I sent others.
You can get to my front page by clicking on this link: Uncle Phaedrus
You can get to a page with links to all of the Morrison's recipes that I have posted by clicking on this link: Morrison's Cafeteria Recipes
Of the Morrison's recipes that you have listed, I do not have these, as you decribe them:
Chess Pie
Bavarian Cream
Roasted Chicken Livers
I do have a recipe for Morrison's Bavarian Chocolate Cream Pie, if that is what you mean, and it is not already posted on my site. Scroll down this email for that recipe.
I do have these recipes, but I won't copy and paste them all into an email. You will have to get them from my site yourself, at these links:
Chicken & Dumplings
Broccoli Cauliflower Salad
Egg Custard Pie
Egg Custard
Rice Pudding Custard
Macaroni & Cheese
Cornbread & Celery Dressing
(Cornbread) Dressing Deluxe(with Pecans)
Please be specific when you request a recipe. There are two kinds of cornbread dressing and two kinds of custard.
I have an old copy of the Morrison's kitchen manual from circa 1960 to 1970. If you want a recipe that is not already on my site, I will check the manual for it, and if it is in there I will send it to you.

There are a couple of lines in this recipe that do not make sense to me, but that's the way they are written in the Kitchen Manual that I have. I do not know anything about "Rich's Topping " or about "Richardson's Chocolate Syrup." Those are likely food service products that Morrison's used. I have no idea about substitutes for them. Bavarian Chocolate Cream Pie Rich's Topping 2 qts Powdered Milk 8 ozs Richardson's Chocolate Syrup 1 qts Plain Gelatin 2 ozs Hot Water 8 ozs At high speed, whip the Rich's Topping and whole milk powder until light and fluffy. Add the syrup to while still whipping it. Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water, using a wire whip. Add the hot gelatin quickly to the mixture while whipping it. (do not pour gelatin on to whip) Mix only enough to incorporate. Yield: 8 pies Fill pie shells level with shell. using regular pastry or graham cracker crust. Garnish with topping, chill and serve. This is a rich pie, therefore it is not necessary to heap full as with chiffon.
