Sorry, I do not have that recipe and I had no success looking for it. I have no recommendation for a substitute.
Why do you say Archie's is closed? There is no indication on his webpage or his Facebook page that his bakery is completely closed. The last I heard, he still takes phone orders even when he doesn't open up the shop itself.
