BLT Loaded Tater Tots	
 
1 (28 oz.) bag frozen Ore Ida Extra-Crispy Tater Tots
6 center-cut bacon slices
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Colby-Jack cheese
2 medium Roma tomatoes, sliced and cut into small pieces
1 cup shredded Iceberg lettuce
1/2 to 3/4 cup Ranch or Spicy Ranch dressing

Bake tater tots according to package directions.
Cook bacon slices crisp and place on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease. 
Coarsely crumble bacon; cover with foil and keep warm.

Sprinkle tater tots with shredded cheese during last few minutes of cooking time.

Using a wide spatula, carefully transfer tater tots to a serving platter or shallow serving bowl. 
Drizzle with half of the Ranch or Spicy Ranch dressing. 
Sprinkle evenly with the chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and bacon crumbles. 
Drizzle with remaining dressing.
