Chocolate Banana Pudding 3 tbsp. cornstarch 2 c. milk 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/8 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 bananas In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in 1/3 cup of the milk. Combine remaining 1 2/3 cups milk, the chocolate chips, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is melted. Stir in cornstarch mixture and boil 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla to the pudding and stir until smooth. Cut bananas into thin slices and gently fold into the pudding. Chill until ready to serve. 4 servings.
