I had no success finding a fig cookie recipe that gave any connection to California Grill in Walt Disney World, nor even a detailed description of them. This is what Gemini said:

Thank you-- those recipes look good but I can tell by looking at the images that they're not the right ones. The ones I am looking for had a crispy, "shatter-y" kind of cookie portion, hard to describe and even harder to forget!
