Hello Therese,
I cannot find any mention at all of Hough Bakery's rye bread with caraway seeds. I don't know what "rural bread" is. I might be able to find a recipe for Cleveland style rye bread with caraway seeds if you want, but it would not be the Hough Bakery recipe.
