Louisiana Mud-Bug Pie Step 1: 1 c. flour 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 stick butter 2 tbsp. sugar Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Spread ingredients into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish. Bake in preheated 350°F oven until lightly brown. Let cool. Step 2: 1 c. Cool Whip 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl and spread over cool crust. Step 3: 2 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding 2 1/2 c. milk Mix and beat well with electric mixer. Spread over the cream cheese mix (Step 2). Top with Cool Whip.
