Shrimp Bisque

Shrimp Bisque	 

2 cups cooked shrimp
1 cup dry white wine
1 medium onion, minced
1/4 cup minced celery
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
Paprika, for sprinkling

Chop shrimp and simmer in dry white wine for 5 minutes. Blend in flour, milk and cream. Blend using a stick blender to desired consistency.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with parsley and paprika to garnish.
