Hi Pat,
The original Memphis Pig n Whistle, which closed in 1966, was on Union. The current Pig n Whistle
is in Millington, TN. They have a Facebook page at: Pig n Whistle
I don't know if they use the same onion rings recipe as the original.
It's a bit confusing searching for anything about the Pig n Whistle on the Internet, because there
is/was a chain with the same name based in California that does not appear to have any connection
with the Memphis restaurant.
Sorry, I could not find any recipes from Pig n Whistle. I have searched for their BBQ sauce and now
their onion rings.
Will post for reader input.
