Subject: I need help !
Long time ago, I used to cook a stew or casserole that took red wine, carrots,
beef (or veal) when I could afford it).
It took the whole night in the fridge marinating, And that´s all I can remember.
Again, help me !
p.s. Place take notice that English is not my first language.
Thanks a lot !

Hello Francisco,

See the recipe below.

Phaed

Stew With Wine
2 lb. beef stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 c. red wine
Sliced carrots
Put all of the above into a casserole dish except cream of mushroom soup.
Marinate overnight. Add cream of mushroom soup before putting in the oven.
Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
NOTE: Don't cook with wine that you would not drink.

I have been looking to the recipe for their spice cakes. They were sold with
chocolate and vanilla frosting. I have been looking for years with no luck.
If you have the recipe I would love to have it.
Thanks

Hello Gail,

I have been searching for recipes from Cushman's for 15 years. Still nothing today. The only recipe that I have ever found is their Scotch Cookies. See:
