I donít remember the name of this recipe but it had a baked crust.
Then it had cream cheese and dill and probably something else that
you spread over the crust. Then you put whatever veggies you wanted
over it. Onions, peppers, broccoli, zucchini, etc all cut up fine.
You served it cold and it was delicious! The crust was really good
but I canít find the recipe and I donít even remember what was in
the crust. I know it wasnít really crunchy and it wasnít pizza dough.
Maybe it had Bisquick in it?
Could the crust have been made of refrigerator crescent dinner rolls?

Yes that was it.
Okay. I have some recipes like that. See below for three.
1 can crescent dinner rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. dry Knorr vegetable soup mix
Assorted raw vegetables (broccoli, squash, green or red peppers,
onions, zucchini, tomatoes (anything you like)
Flatten dinner rolls on cookie sheet and bake until done.
Mix dry soup mix with softened cream cheese. Cool bread
completely then spread with mixture. Sprinkle your choice of
finely chopped vegetables (add tomatoes just before serving to
keep it from getting soggy). Cut into bite size pieces - to be
eaten with fingers.
Cool Veggie Pizza
2 cans refrigerator crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. dill weed
Olives (black or green)
Finely chop the above vegetables in amounts you prefer.
Spread roll dough on pizza pan. Pinch seams together. Bake
at 350 degrees until slightly brown. Remove from oven and
cool completely. Blend cream cheese, mayo and dill weed.
Spread over cold crust. Top with vegetables of your choice
in circular pattern. Slice into 16 slices.
Vegetable Pizza††† †
2 tube pkgs. crescent roll dough
1 "Lite" cream cheese
1/3 c. light mayonnaise
Fresh vegetable bits (may be broccoli or cauliflower flowerets,
radish, cucumber, or zucchini slices, grated carrots or bits
of tomatoes, etc.
Soften the crescent roll dough and pat out to cover pizza pan
completely. Large pan takes most of 2 packages. Bake at 375
degrees for 8-10 minutes. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise and
spread over crust. Arrange vegetable bits to cover the top in
alternating colors and textures. Refrigerate until time to serve.
Cut into narrow pie-shaped wedges.
