it was called cashew cake but wasn’t really cake, lol. It was
made in a square pan, 9x9 I think. Had a crumb crust on the
bottom, and I believe there were cashews in the crust. Then
there was a layer of a chocolate mousse-type, and it contained
raw eggs, which is why my mom threw the recipe out at some point.
Chopped cashews topped the whole thing. The crust may have been
baked? The whole thing was refrigerated and it was delicious!
