Subject: Recipe for perfect peach cobbler popular in late 50 or early 60
from better homes and gardens little cookbook

Hello Mary,

Well, I don't know which one that "Better Homes and Gardens 'little cookbook'" is. BH&G has published a lot of cookbooks, but I couldn't find one called "little cookbook". BH&G has some peach cobbler recipes on their website, but none is called "perfect peach cobbler." See:
BHG Recipes

I found a few recipes called "Perfect Peach Cobbler", but none of them mentions BH&G. See two below and one on this site:
Kelly's Moonlight

There are some peach cobbler recipes from BH&G cookbooks on these sites, but none is named "Perfect Peach Cobbler."

Baldino's Giant Jersey Subs Chocolate Chip Cookies

Subject: Must have Chocolate Chip Cookies...

Hi there! I have recently eaten at Baldino's Giant Jersey Subs in Marietta, GA.
Love this place when I visit my old stomping grounds and just can't get enough.
But the real kicker? Their chocolate chip cookies are to die for! They are perfect!!!
Chewy, a little crunch, rich and a little saltier than most. Not to mention HUGE!
But the biggest thing, my Dad LOVES them and I want to make them just for him
when he comes to visit me in my town in SC. When I say loves, that's an
understatement. He always orders them in threes and will not even share a bite
with his own flesh and blood. I had to buy my own to taste. I have made many
chocolate chip cookies, just the texture and taste of these are the best!
Thanks so much!

Inga

Hi Inga,

Baldino's Giant Jersey Subs is a chain. Their website is here: Baldino's

I found three mentions of how good those cookies are, but that’s it – no hint of a recipe at all. Sorry.

I’ll post this on the site in the hope that a reader can help..

Hello Mary,

Sorry, I can’t find anything like that. More information needed. Was it like a cookie? Did it have cream cheese in it? What held it together?

Perhaps the recipe below is what Mary is seeking.

Phaedrus,
I got this recipe from my friend in NYC.  I don't know the back story of
Montana Palace. However this cheesecake is WONDERFUL!!!
Rich, dense pumpkin without the soggy crust.
Since it is the season, I am sending on to you to share.
I think I found the recipe online by just searching on recipe name so no
original source.

Montana Palace Pumpkin Cheesecake
It is great.  For those who like pumpkin pie they say, “this is better
than pumpkin pie!”  For those who don’t like pumpkin pie, they say,
“This is better than pumpkin pie!”

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. soft butter
1 1/4 lbs. cream cheese
10 oz. sour cream
1 lb. dark brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. milk
1 lb. canned pumpkin

Butter one 10-inch spring-form pan
generously. Mix crumbs and butter together well. Press into bottom of pan.

Add nutmeg, salt, and cinnamon; mix well.
Add milk and mix well.
Add pumpkin and mix well.
Pour into spring-form pan.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours or until knife inserted in
