They had an entree that was a warm chicken/rice dish with scallions stuffed in a tomato and topped with a warm sauce similar to hollandaise (I think). It was delicious and I wish someone has a copycat version of it somewhere. Thanks in advance if someone has it! Jorja
I can find a lot of mentions of Piper's Alley in Clinton Township, Detroit, Michigan, but I cannot find even a single recipe from there. Do you remember the name of the dish? How it was listed on the menu?
I will post this for reader input.
